How to get a passport quickly in Philadelphia? ›

Emergency Passport - You must be traveling within 14 days and you have to make an appointment at the Philadelphia Passport Agency 877- 487-2778. There is a $60 expediting fee for this execution.

Unfortunately, if you need your passport sooner, there are no Virginia passport offices that process same-day passports. You will need to make an appointment and travel to a regional passport office in a different state. The Washington Passport Agency in Washington, DC is the closest.
